The terms that apply when you use accelpeptides.com or buy from Accel.

These terms are an agreement between you and Accel Peptides (“Accel”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Research use only

All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and they are not for human or animal consumption, or for any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or cosmetic use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we do not provide dosing, preparation or usage guidance.

2. Eligibility

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are qualified to handle research materials, and that you will use, store and dispose of products in line with applicable laws and your institution’s rules. We may cancel any order if we believe these conditions are not met.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how products are handled, stored and used once delivered, and for complying with all laws that apply to you. You agree not to resell products for human or animal use, or to describe them as suitable for such use.

4. Products and documentation

We aim to describe products accurately. Lab reports identify a specific lot; results apply only to the lot tested and do not transfer to other lots or amounts. Where a report is pending, the product page or lab reports page says so. Product images may show packaging concepts and can differ slightly from the item supplied.

5. Orders and pricing

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
• Volume pricing is applied automatically in your bag where eligible. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
• An order is accepted when we confirm payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected misuse, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and selected cryptocurrencies. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. Crypto orders are confirmed once the network confirms the payment in full.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Costs, timing and delivery issues are covered in our shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, but we will help with lost or damaged shipments as described there.

8. Returns, damaged items and refunds

Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of products that have been delivered as ordered. If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered, email help@accelpeptides.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. After review, we will replace the item or refund it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided for research purposes on an “as described” basis, and Accel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse or from use outside laboratory research. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Accel against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

11. Website use

Site content, including text, images and design, belongs to Accel and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Don’t interfere with the site’s operation or security.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
