Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: $15 per order.
• Free standard shipping: applied automatically at checkout when your merchandise subtotal is over $200 after any discounts. Shipping and tax are not counted toward the $200.

Your bag shows how close you are to free shipping, and the exact shipping charge always appears at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships

Orders are prepared for shipment once payment is confirmed. Card payments confirm at checkout; crypto payments confirm once the payment network does. When the shipping label is created, we email you the carrier and tracking link. Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan.

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume and holidays can add time.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email help@accelpeptides.com with your order number right away. We can update an address before the order ships; after that, changes depend on the carrier.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Check your order when it arrives. If a vial is damaged, an item is missing or something doesn’t match your order, photograph it before opening anything, keep the packaging, and email help@accelpeptides.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll review it and make it right in line with our terms.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking stops moving or a package marked delivered can’t be found, check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom first, then email us. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated.
